Takes New Honda Campaign for a Test Drive
In addition to launching the new “Everyday Adventures” campaign, the Hawaii Honda Dealers Ad Association is also debuting a new tagline, “Home in the Islands.”

Henry Kapono’s bright smile and infectious voice instantly make you feel at Home in the Islands. He believes that in life we all have a song to sing and that a good ride in Honda can help you unleash it. The Hawaii Honda Dealers believe this as well and have partnered with Henry to spread his message and the message that Honda is the perfect island ride.
This organic partnership perfectly marries Henry’s unique point of view with Honda’s unique features and benefits. In the commercial “My Life’s Song” Henry shares this point of view as he cruises the island in his Honda Pilot.
The Henry Kapono Foundation supports music and arts by giving with Aloha. In the commercial “The Beauty of Life” Henry meets up with a young musician, Alex, that is mentored through his foundation. This heartwarming spot finishes with Henry and Alex jamming out on the beach as the sun sets perfectly behind them.
The Hawaii Honda Dealers and Henry Kapono are excited to continue this partnership and have plans to shoot more commercials highlighting Henry’s love for the islands and how Honda is the perfect island ride.
